Capture DL #

In some cases, especially near colleges, Asset Protection requires us to capture Drivers License number. It would be nice if, on the carryout summary screen, we had an optional button for "Enter DL #". That would open a big field and keyboard, where the host could enter a long string including DL #, state, etc. We would want this saved against the order in the event that Asset Protection ever needed to dig it up.
